Once a refund request is reviewed and approved by Seven Media Group, the refund will be processed only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (payment-initiated medium), such as the PayHere, bank account, or any other online payment gateway used during checkout.
Refunds will not be issued via cash, cheque, or any alternative payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
